Save Settings

Setting options control how and where the currently rendered TA texture is saved when clicking on the Save Texture button.

  • Batch Mode - Switches TA editor window to the batch mode and allows applying currently used adjustments list to the big range of texture files inside the project. Batch mode is explained in the chapter below.

  • Save Location - Generated texture file save location. Can be the same folder as the source texture, its sub-folder, or any directory inside or outside of a project.

  • Save format - Texture files save format: JPG, PNG or TGA

  • Split File - Allows splitting of the generated textures before or after rendering adjustments:

If the Split File option is enabled, the main preview area draws texture split zones (magenta color lines) and the Save Texture button displays x[0] y[0] indexes.

  • Name Prefix & Suffix - Adds prefix and suffix to the generated file name.

Note, it is possible to save texture by clicking on the Save Texture button with the mouse's right button too. In this case, save location, file name and save format can be chosen directly in the opened File Save dialog window ignoring above save settings.
